Storage Shuttle Program Overview
Description The
storage shuttle program is designed to aid customers in moving
from their house or business into a self-storage unit or
directly to their new destination. Storage Zone delivers
the shuttle to the customers house or business. The
customer loads their property into the shuttle. Storage
Zone picks up and delivers the loaded shuttle to the customers
destination. The customer then unloads their property into
their self-storage unit or other destination. Customers
property may be stored in the shuttle for a daily rental fee. Storage

Free use of the Shuttle is permitted only on the move into a
10x10 size (or larger) storage unit. Storage Shuttle must be unloaded at storage
facility within 24 hours.

Shuttle is delivered
complete with 1 moving dolly and 4 E-straps for securing cargo.
Dolly and all E-straps must be returned in
the same condition or charges will be assessed. Appliance
dolly and piano dolly available at additional charge. A lock is
required to secure the Shuttle upon delivery. Tenant may furnish
their own lock purchase
one from the storage facility or from the Shuttle driver.
+ If the Tenant has
not finished loading the Shuttle at the pickup location or
unloading the Shuttle at the destination when the driver arrives
to move it, an additional 24 hour period fee will be charged and
the driver will return the next day.
* A cycle is defined
as one (1) shuttle delivery and
loading period, one (1) pickup and delivery to
destination and one (1) unloading
period.

No Insurance
The Storage Shuttle Service and/or Storage Zone does not offer
insurance of any kind on property stored in the Shuttle. Tenant
uses the Shuttle at their sole risk. Tenant agrees to
self-insure or provide their own insurance to cover their
property and liability while using the Shuttle.
Tenant understands and
agrees that Tenant maintains care, custody and control of their
property while it is being loaded into, transported in, stored
in or unloaded from the Storage Shuttle.
